Issues fixed

Fixed not being able to change milestones (ticket: 4572)
After modifying milestones in Planning, it was not possible to save the changes. This has been fixed.

Boolean values in dynamic Valueset (ticket: 4581)
Accept integers 0 and 1 as valid Boolean values. This allows Valuesets and source data input to supply 0 and 1 for Boolean values.

Fixed issue with lingering HTML after creating a new project in the Portal (ticket: 4627)
After creating a new project in the Portal, the dialog used to create the project was not cleared correctly, causing it to appear on the Edit Project page. A browser refresh would fix the issue.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed missing description for Windows events
All Hopp event logs previously began with “The description for Event ID 0 from source MigFx cannot be found.”

This has now been fixed, so only the relevant information is added to the event logs. This also updates existing event logs.
