Show location for assemblies loaded by track​

A new column has been added to the list of assemblies loaded by a track to show the file location of the loaded assembly on the execution server:

The assembly list dialog is accessible from Portal Operations → Execution → Track

Issues fixed​

Exception on opening value selection dialog (ticket: 4628)
Fixed an issue where opening a dialog to select value for a Target Field / Interface Field threw a null reference exception

Fix XmlException on invalid XML characters in Source Data (ticket: 4629)
Fixed an issue where invalid XML chars in the source data extracted form the Staging Database caused an XmlException on Export
