Issues fixed

Clearing item history no longer fails with an invalid object name
Previously, clearing item history failed with an "Invalid object name" error. Clearing item history now completes.

Loading views no longer fails when two views finish at the same time
Previously, loading source views could fail with a closed connection when two views in the same level finished at the same moment, although the views had loaded and a rerun succeeded. Each view now records its result on its own connection, so the load completes.

Unloads no longer time out after 30 seconds before returning any rows
Previously, an unload stopped with "Execution Timeout Expired" when its query took longer than 30 seconds to return the first item. This hit unloads with dependencies (including unloads started from an item set) most often, and could also hit the import and export unloads.

Unloads now wait for the query for as long as it takes. Stopping the job still stops the query.
